Before you come
Who is this for?
If you serve in any ministry at Tapestry, or you're part of the core leadership or deacon teams, this is built for you. Weekly or monthly, on stage or in the parking lot: you're invited.
Am I expected to be there?
Yes. This is a vital gathering for our whole servant family, and we're moving forward as one body. If something unavoidable comes up, let your ministry lead or deacon know as soon as you can.
What should I expect?
A mix of high-energy connection, spiritual refreshment, practical equipping, and honor.
- Friday night: dinner together, worship, a vision message, and an intimate time of prayer.
- Saturday: team-building games, general sessions, your chosen workshop, and a closing commissioning service.
How do I pick a workshop?
You'll choose one of the three tracks on the registration form. If you change your mind before the conference, reach out to your ministry lead and we'll move you.
Is there a cost?
No. Serve Conference is free for every active Tapestry servant. We only ask that you register ahead of time so we can plan meals, seating, and supplies accurately.
Will meals be provided?
Dinner is served Friday from 6:00 PM. Saturday includes light breakfast items and a full lunch.
Is childcare available?
Yes, childcare is provided. Add your kids when you fill out the registration form so we can staff the rooms.
When does registration close?
Monday, August 24 at midnight. After that we're locked in on meal and childcare counts, so grab your spot early.
