Join us for two days set apart for everyone who serves at Tapestry. We'll worship together, hear where God is leading our church, and be encouraged and equipped for the work of ministry. Through sessions, breakouts, prayer, and commissioning, we hope you leave feeling refreshed, connected, and ready to serve with renewed joy and purpose.

Who is this for?
This is for everyone who serves at Tapestry, including our core leadership and deacon teams. Whether you serve every week or once a month, on stage or behind the scenes, you're invited!
Am I expected to be there?
Yes. This is a vital gathering for our whole servant family, and we're moving forward as one body. If something unavoidable comes up, let your ministry lead or deacon know as soon as you can.
What should I expect?
A mix of high-energy connection, spiritual refreshment, practical equipping, and honor.
- Friday night: dinner together, worship, a vision message, and an intimate time of prayer.
- Saturday: team-building games, general sessions, your chosen workshop, and a closing commissioning service.
How do I pick a workshop?
You'll choose one of the three workshops when you register to help us receive approximate headcounts. All three workshops will take place at the same time in separate rooms and will run for one hour.
Is there a cost?
No. Serve Conference is completely free for everyone who actively serves at Tapestry. We just ask that you register in advance so we can make sure there's enough food, seating, and supplies for everyone.
Will meals be provided?
Dinner is served Friday from 6:00 PM. Saturday includes light breakfast items and a full lunch.
Is childcare available?
Yes. Childcare will be available during the conference. Just be sure to include your children when you register so we can prepare enough space and caregivers for everyone.
When does registration close?
Registration closes Monday, August 24 at midnight. After that, we'll need to finalize our meal and childcare numbers, so be sure to save your spot before the deadline!
